Overview
Three days of events in Milan, including San Siro Stadium, Casa Milan museum and a private evening event.
The client required daily recap reels delivered the next morning, as well as a structured 8-minute documentary film summarising the entire experience.
Context
The project combined multiple locations, changing light conditions and different formats — from guided visits and group activities to a formal evening event.
Production had to move quickly between venues while maintaining visual consistency.
Production task
Capture the atmosphere, interactions and key moments across three days, while preparing short-form recap reels for immediate publication.
In parallel, structure and document material for a final 8-minute documentary film.
Our role
We operated on-site across three locations over three consecutive days, coordinating capture, direction and post-production in parallel.
Production setup
The production team consisted of three camera operators, an on-site director, an editor working alongside the event schedule, and a production coordinator ensuring smooth logistics between venues.
